DEPOSITS ARE 100% NON-REFUNABLE
FINAL PAYMENT IS DUE the same day of the photoshoot . If payment is not made a fee of 75.00 a day for 3 days will be added to your total.After 3 days your photos will be deleted and deposit is 100% non refundable. Photo booth payment is due at least 24 hours in advance NO EXCEPTIONS
Once photos are up for review there will be no refunds or no reshoots
Please note that prices are subject.
You will get all photos from the shoot with a light watermark over them.The edits will NOT have a watermark over them. To remove the watermark off the unedited photos there will be 1 $75.00 fee

Cancellations And Date/Time Changes

In the event you cannot make your shoot slot we can reschedule your shoot with a fee of $45.00, if you know you may need to reschedule please give us 24 hours’ notice. However, please note that you only get one chance to reschedule before you are required to submit another FULL deposit. You also must reschedule at least 15 days within the date you scheduled

Post-Production

YOUR PHOTO LINK WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE FOR 72 HOURS , AFTER THAT THE PHOTOS WILL BE EXPIRED AND CAN NOT PUT BACK UP. PLEASE DOWNLOAD ALL THE PHOTOS.I WILL NOT HOLD ON TO YOUR PHOTOS AFTER 72 HOURS SO EVEN IF YOU SAVE THEM I CAN NOT EDIT, UNLESS WE COME UP WITH A AGREEMENT.

Your edits will be returned to client within 7-10 business days depending on demand. Rush options are available for additional depending on demand and must be paid when photos are sent for editing. 3-N-1 are 3 edits in 1 photo and additional $15.00 for this . This will be all 3 edits, if you would additional photos or the photos are edited separate this is additional edits .

If editing suggestions are not made within 72 hours the files will not be available for editing and will be discarded.

Some things are impossible to change. Please make sure all things are to your liking at the photoshoot. EXTRA EDITING MUST BE AGREED BY PHOTOGRAPHER. IF NOT THERE WILL BE NO EXTRA CHANGES. IF YOU DO NOT LIKE THE EDITING OF THE PHOTOGRAPHER DO NOT BOOK.

When shipping out products a tracking number will be sent out and we will not be responsible for anything things lost in the mail . If you want them to reship, you are 100% responsible for them to be reshipped

Publicity Rights/Promotional Use of Images: Parties agree that DaRika Harris may use images from Client’s shoot for commercial use, including, without limitation, promotional videos for exhibition to other potential clients of DaRika Harris

All Post Production Photos May Be On The Website And/Or All Social Media AT ANYTIME WITHOUT CLIENTS PERMISSION.*
